About

A path of awakening,
devotion, and service

István Nagy

For more than a decade, István has walked a deeply embodied spiritual path rooted in yoga, meditation, and direct experience.

What began as disciplined practice gradually unfolded into something much deeper: a life shaped by awakening itself, and a growing capacity to hold space for others within it.

This work is informed not only by study and training, but by direct experience of awakening and years of integration.

The Journey

How this work came to be

István's path began with more than a decade of daily practice in yoga and Vedic philosophy. These years of practice created a foundation of embodied understanding from which everything else would grow.

In 2018, he received Shaktipat initiation from Jan Esmann, which brought about a profound Kundalini awakening. This awakening opened new dimensions of consciousness and continues to shape his life and work.

A few years later, he began working with Gareth Duignam, whose guidance and introduction to the Supramental Force initiated a deeply transformative process and opened access to higher states of consciousness.

More recently, István trained in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy with Zsolt Tar, learning to listen to the body's innate intelligence and the subtle rhythms of life force.

He also entered a mentorship programme with Patrice Krysztofiak and Amy Elizabeth, further refining his capacity to hold a safe, grounded, and attentive space for others.

Through sacred mantra initiation within the Divine Mother lineage, his path continues to mature in devotion, stillness, and service.

Philosophy

Not a modality. A meeting.

Each person is different. Each awakening unfolds differently.

István does not seek to fix or direct. He listens: to the body, to the energy field, and to the quiet knowing within you.

In that listening, space opens.

And in that space, something often begins to remember itself.
